This is in-person, online or a combination of both options.
This option is for the athlete that is currently not in season. The focus is dependent on the athlete’s goals, what part of the year the athlete is currently in (offseason or preseason) and what area is the biggest controllable obstacle between the athlete and his or her overall dream.
This is a 6 week commitment (twice per week) to ensure consistency and results for the athlete.
If the athlete’s dream is unknown, this is the starting point that we will address to direct the entire focus of the coaching and training.
Examples of what will be addressed during a 6-week offseason or preseason program:
- Design and implement a program for the offseason or preseason based on the physical, mental and emotional aspects needed to be successful during this time period.
- Address injuries, pain issues or imbalances that are limited the athlete from fully reaching his or her potential.
- Focus on mental and emotional challenges that are limiting or restricting the athlete from achieving maximum peak performance during competitions.
- Creating strategies to address and overcome burnout that would otherwise lead to the athlete ending his or her competitive days prematurely.
