This is in-person, online or a combination of both options.
This option is for the athlete that is currently in season and needs help with his or her performance from a physical, mental and/or emotional aspect. This is a single session per week for 6 weeks to ensure consistency without overwhelming.
We focus on one main area to help the athlete during the 6-week timeframe. This main focus can be a variety of areas that includes: increasing: strength, stamina, speed and agility. Overcome injuries, sleep issues, low energy. poor focus or lack of results.
Together we will establish the biggest controllable obstacle in the way between the athlete and his or her overall dream.
