The 6-Week Performance Training Program is private training for the athlete to develop the strength and conditioning needed to improve performance in competition.

This program includes the Functional Performance Assessment and 12 training sessions. The 6-week program is focused on addressing a specific issue or area the coach, athlete and parents or guardians agree upon.

This program includes some coaching in areas that affect performance including: performance nutrition and mindset coaching.
